After your order has been confirmed, your web ticket can be accessed from your user dashboard on Peatix.

- After payment confirmation, the amount will be deducted from your credit card.
- The number of installments for installment payments varies depending on your credit card contract type and closing date, so please contact your card issuer for confirmation.
- Convenience Store / ATM
- This payment method is only accepted when purchasing advance tickets (on sale until November 1, 2023).

- Payment is due within 3 days of the order date. If payment is not made within this 3-day window, your order will be canceled.
- Online tickets are subject to a handling fee of 200 yen per transaction. In the event of cancellation, whether prompted by the customer or the organizer, this transaction fee is non-refundable.

- After payment confirmation, the amount will be deducted from your credit card.

Regulation on Sales Period
Advance tickets for AWT FOCUS can be purchased online from August 28 to November 1, 2023. For same-day tickets, the sale period will run from November 2 to November 5, 2023. Tickets will also be available at the venue’s ticket counter during the same period, from November 2 to November 5, 2023.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Amendments
Refunds, cancellations, and amendments cannot be made at the customer’s request after the order has been confirmed.
