Up to 5 children at a time (depending on age)
Fee
Childcare service fee (per child)
– 1,000 yen for two hours (tax included)
– 2,000 yen for three hours (tax included)
– 500 yen per 30 minutes over 3-hour time limit
Payment
After booking, we will send you a payment link along with the childcare information. Please pay by credit card online.

Restrictions
・The full fee will be charged for all cancelations after the cancelation deadline, including in the event that your child has a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher.
・Service is limited to one use per person.
・Please refrain from using strollers in the exhibition venue. Strollers may be checked at reception or in the childcare room on the B1 level.
・Please use the multipurpose toilet on the B1 level for changing diapers.
・There are no nursing rooms in the museum. Anyone who wishes to breastfeed nurse may ask the staff at the childcare room for assistance with breastfeeding or preparing formula, regardless of whether they have booked childcare service or not.
Application Deadline
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and will close as soon as capacity is reached. Day-of applications may be possible pending availability. Please inquire at the reception desk.
